Repeazy
Terms of Service
By playing Repeazy (the "Game") — the web game at repeazy.com or the Repeazy mobile app — you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the Game. The Game is operated by Repeazy.
1. The Game
The Game is provided for entertainment, free to play, and offered "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue it at any time.
2. In-game items
In-game items (such as power-ups and coins) have no real-world or monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be changed or lost (for example, if you reset progress or clear your app's or browser's storage). Any purchases of in-game items are final except where required by law.
3. Premium upgrade
The optional premium upgrade (Repeazy Plus, which removes ads) is processed by the platform's payment provider — Apple In-App Purchase in the mobile app (managed on our behalf by RevenueCat) and Stripe on the web. Prices are shown before purchase. Purchases are non-refundable once made, except where a refund is required by applicable consumer law (including, where relevant, the Australian Consumer Law) or by the app store's own policies. Purchases made through the App Store are handled by Apple and are also subject to Apple's refund process and terms.
4. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the Game: no attempts to break, cheat, reverse-engineer for abuse, automate, or disrupt it, and nothing unlawful.
5. Intellectual property
The Game, its name, code, and design are owned by Repeazy or its licensors. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play it.
6. Ads
The free Game is supported by advertising — Google AdSense on the web and Google AdMob in the mobile app. By playing, you accept that ads may be shown. Repeazy Plus / premium removes them.
7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Game, and our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
8. App stores
The mobile app is distributed through the Apple App Store and your use is also subject to Apple's standard terms. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content and is not a party to these Terms; any app maintenance, support, and warranty claims are our responsibility, not Apple's. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date will change. Continued play means you accept the changes.
